Responsible for the management and support of the Accounts Receivable department.
Two years’ experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in a Long-Term Care
Facility. Associate’s degree in accounting is preferred, or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Dietary
Full Time (40 hours/week)
Day (6:00 am – 2:30 pm)
This position is responsible for overall operations of the cafeteria.
Environmental Services
Part Time (24 hours/week)
Day (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
w/every other weekend requirement
This position is responsible for laundering garments and linens belonging to the
residents and facility.
Maintenance
Full Time
Monday – Friday
Day (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
w/on-call hours
Responsible for performing skilled jobs such as small electrical, plumbing and equipment inspection, repair, and replacement.
Nursing Services
Full Time (40 hours/week)
Day (7:45 am – 4:15 pm)
w/every other weekend requirement
Responsible for administration of oral, topical and suppository drugs and delegated nursing functions, under the direct supervision of a registered or licensed practical nurse. This position is also responsible for performing as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant when requested by providing basic care to guests and residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assists in the maintenance of the unit environment.

Manages a designated group of nursing employees on a nursing unit and ensures smooth operations of the unit for a designated shift.

Responsible for performing as unit and dining room host/hostess and overall
customer service. Provides hydration, prepares dining room, serves and transports

We are accepting applications for a Paid Nursing Assistant Class which is scheduled to start on or around April 20, 2026. Applicants must be available to work any shift; DAY, EVENING or NIGHT; shift assignment will be based on facility need.
Contract/Promissory Note and a 1-year minimum employment commitment are required. 18 years old and High School diploma or GED are required.
Applications with professional letter of recommendation will be accepted now, and until March 25, 2026.
Social Services
Full Time (40 hours/week)

Responsible for the overall direction and management of the Social Work department in accordance with Federal and State requirements and facility policy.
State of MD licensed Social Worker; LCSW or LCSW-C preferred, but we welcome and will consider BSW or MSW applicants.

Responsible for individualizing and implementing care plans, completing facility required
documentation accurately and timely, and serving as an advocate for residents/ guests
and families. Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Social Work or Human Services related
field. Long Term Care experience is preferred.
Other Administration
Full Time
Day (7:45 am – 4:15 pm)
w/every other weekend requirement
Responsible for assisting the nursing staff on a designated unit with record maintenance, communication, and administrative activities.
Security
Night Shift (11:00 pm-7:00 am)
w/every other weekend requirement
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Security Department and facility.
