Citizens Care is a comprehensive health care facility in beautiful, historic Havre de Grace overlooking the Susquehanna River. This modern facility can house up to 184 residents in spacious private or semi-private rooms that are clean, bright and cheerful, truly offering them the comforts of home.
Citizens Care is staffed with caring, experienced professionals and provides residents with round-the-clock skilled nursing care and a fully-equipped therapy department offering physical, speech and occupational therapy.
Citizens Care also offers residents a wide variety of on- and off-campus daily activities to stimulate the mind, body and spirit.
